Ronnie Jones began his coaching career in 1978 at Northeastern State University where he stayed for 6 seasons...He coached 1 year a the University of Tulsa and 2 years at Arizona State University...in 1987, he began his NFL coaching career with the Philadelphia Eagles where he stayed until 1990...In 1991, he coached for the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Raiders in 1992...He spent '93 with the Houston Oilers and '94-'95 with the Arizona Cardinals....In 1996, he became defensive coordinator at UTEP where he stayed until 1999...He spent 2000 with the Buffalo Bills, 2001 at Ottawa University, 2002-'04 at West Texas A&M and 2006 at Arlington Martin High School. His hometown is Sunray, Texas. |
