The First Annual All American Challenge: Texas Vs. The Nation
The first annual All American Challenge: Texas Vs. The Nation collegiate all-star bowl is set to take place Friday, February 2, 2007 at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas, starting at 8pm (MST) with CSTV set to provide the television coverage. A production of Overtime Sports Southwest, L.L. C., the game will feature senior all-stars who had their start or played on the collegiate level in the state of Texas pitted against top players from around the Nation. UTEP head coach Mike Price will lead the "Texas" team, while former NFL head coach and defensive coordinator Buddy Ryan has been chosen to walk the sidelines for the "Nation". Player invitations are scheduled to be sent out in early November, so stay tuned for a new update, which will feature the initial names of the players you will be seeing down in El Paso. Texas.
